March and April Teen Corner Programs

 

TEEN ADVISORY BOARD- Mondays, March 8 and April 12 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Come and be a part of the Teen Advisory Board! For kids in grades 7 – 12. NO registration required.

 BOOKS & BITES TEEN BOOK DISCUSSION -Wednesdays, March 10 and April 14 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Great Northern Pizza(640 Jefferson Road). Enjoy pizza and discuss books.For ages 12 and up. Refreshments provided.Limit 12.  *Registration required. Registration begins February 1 and March 1.

19- March Into Reading– 12-4pm Come and enjoy an afternoon of reading activities for all ages! Read Aloud stories in the Children’s Room, make a bookmark craft, raffle prizes, and refreshments. Teens can participate in a Read-A-Thon to support the Teen Book Festival to be held Saturday May 15 at Nazareth College. There will be several spots available for families to read together.  No registration required.

BROADWAY COMMUNITY PARTY—Sunday, March 28 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Entertainment by Pop Show Band. Games, crafts, face painting for kids. Refreshments. Dancing. Costume contest . NO registration required—ALL ARE WELCOME! Sponsored by the Friends of the Henrietta Public Library.

TEEN GAME NIGHT -Wednesdays, March 31 and April 28 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Make a date to join us and play games at the library! Refreshments will be provided.  NO registration required.

WIZARD ROCK CONCERT—Saturday, April 10 from 3:00-4:45 p.m.  “Womping Willows” will headline.  NO registration required.  Refreshments will be served.

INTERACTIVE COMEDY CAFÉ—Monday, April 19 from 7:00-8:00 p.m.  Learn about comedy and play improv games with actors Julie Donofrio and Danny Liberto!  Be the star of the show! Ages 10 and up.  Refreshments  will be served. No registration required.  

AMERICAN RED CROSS BABYSITTER’S PROGRAM—Friday, April 23 from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Bring a lunch, beverage, paper and pencil. A check for $40.00 (payable to the American Red Cross) is due the day of the program. For ages 11 and up.  Limit 20. Registration begins March 1.
